Arne Jacobsen originally designed the Bankers Clock for the Danish National Bank in Copenhagen in 1971, and this unusual design has now been transferred to the Bankers Table Alarm Clock. With a black face and black case, the hours are marked off by 12 square box shapes with the relevant hour blocked in. The alarm, which sounds like a bell, can be set to snooze with a light tap to the top of the clock, and the light feature, which switches off automatically, is activated in a similar way.
