This is the first in a new series of gatherings at the Bless Warehouse in Hackney. Home to founder Ashlyn Gibson you will be welcomed into a calming and inspiring space for an evening with her co-creators Rebecca Fletcher and Steven Ebbers. Immerse yourself in a 2 hour sound healing and breathwork journey. Using crystal and Tibetan bowls Rebecca will help you to relax into the space in preparation for a breathwork journey. Using conscious connected breath Steven will guide you to connect with emotions, thoughts and feelings that are ready to surface. Rebecca will help you to land after the experience with a bespoke grounding sound finale. As is the gentle Bless way we will allow time to encourage you to integrate your experience. We will come together around the communal table for a nutritious plant based kitchen supper. Please wear cosy and comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat and blanket and anything else that will ensure you feel at home. Please make a note when you book if you have any dietary requirements. _About Rebecca:- Rebecca began her training on a spiritual sabbatical in Bali after a long career as a makeup artist. Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki practitioner Rebecca is also qualified in Sound Healing via the Art of Integrated Sound Medicine Training Course. Passionate about supporting her clients her training continues and she has recently qualified and is Trauma Awareness Facilitation Certified. Rebecca uses her unique blend of sound and reiki to calm, soothe and nurture._ _About Steven:- Steven is passionate about guiding his clients to connect with the "simple self" where he believes all the answers lie._ _He is an ICF accredited breathwork coach, firewalk facilitator and has a background in Psychology (MSc)._
