Bone China Trivet This trivet is an unassuming object, but one that could fulfil multiple different roles. It reminds me of a Wedgwood plate that I have that came from a semi-industrial set of scales where it was used as the surface on which you would place whatever it was that you wanted to weigh. A more likely use for this trivet is either, as the name suggests, a surface on which to place hot things when they have been removed from the hob or oven. It would, however, also make a very elegant cheese board or be a cake plate of sorts. The small lip on the trivet means that it can easily be lifted and moved from a flat surface. We also have the stoneware version of this trivet. Dishwasher safe. 25cm diameter.
