Small but beautifully crafted, the Porcelain Candle Holder by Lyngby reflects the simple, stylish design of the original Lyngby vase, first produced in the 1930s. Designed by Cecilie Toklum, the candle holder is created with the broad grooves towards the bottom and the narrower grooves at the top. This modern recreation of the quintessential Danish design - now considered a modern classic - does nothing to detract from the unique appeal of the original, and will no doubt be appreciated by today's many lovers of Scandinavian design. The candle holder also comes as an 7cm size, and the pair complement each other beautifully when used together. As a finishing touch, a hand-printed green monogram is applied to the bottom of each Lyngby Porcelain product, indicating a high-quality item and a design icon fit to become an heirloom.
