The Indus salad bowls are made from mango wood. The wood is a sustainable by-product of mango growing. The bowl is approximately 27.5cm in diameter and is 14cm high. To clean the wood, it should be washed in warm soapy water, rinsed and dried immediately. To help protect the wood it should be rubbed with an edible oil such as olive oil or walnut oil after washing.
