Product Details

Every pair of Oscar Deen frames start with scouring the streets of Europe travelling the markets, alleys and antique shops, finding the vintage gems that inspire their collection, and meeting the people who inspire their ethic to find the classic frames that form the basis of all their designs. Back in London, they then spend weeks, sometimes months re-designing, modernising and putting their own touch on the frames they find. Turning a dusty old gem, into their idea of a modern classic. FRASER - This style is named after an eyewear collector met in Camden, London. An expert in French, Italian and British classic frames from as early as the 1930'S. Inspiration: 60's Italian 'drop down' bifocals with delicate lines and a strong brow. All Oscar Deen frames are made from Mazzucchelli acetate. They're Italian and have been top of the game since 1849\. While their lenses are made from organic plastic. A combination of light-weight and optical clarity. The tinted lenses are made from lightweight CR-39 plastic and coated for proper UV protection. Each pair of sunglasses comes with a case made in collaboration with London based leather artisan Otis Ingrams. Each one is hand made in London, from 2 pieces of recycled composite leather, 4 brass rivets and one brass stud.
