This egg cup is made from fine bone china, with hand-applied decals. The egg cup decals are screen printed and hand applied in Stoke-on-Trent. Penguin Ink pride themselves on the fact that their products are all made in the UK. Lizzie Parker of Penguin Ink's designs are striking, bright and simple using just one or two colours to depict the shadows, highlights and character of animals concentrating on their eyes. She uses simple lines and shapes to suggest the character of the animal.
