Product Details

Abstract Flowers Art Print by artist Hilma Af Klint. Hilma af Klint produced strikingly original paintings just after the turn of the 20th century. She was a Swedish artist and mystic whose paintings were considered among the first abstract works known in Western art history. She belonged to a group called "The Five", comprising a circle of women inspired by Theosophy, who shared a belief in the importance of trying to contact the so-called "High Masters"—often by way of séances. Her paintings, which sometimes resemble diagrams, were a visual representation of complex spiritual ideas. Giclée printed in a vivid colour way on 250gr luxurious museum quality paper. Beautifully detailed yet suitable enough to fit into any home, office, museum, or gallery display. Sold unframed and delivered in a poster tube. Size: 30 x 40cm
