Heavy duty base manufactured from squeeze cast aluminium for ultimate strength, fast and even heating and warp-resistance. Patented ceramic titanium non-stick surface allows use of any utensil (including metal). GreenTek coating free from PFOA and PFOS chemicals. Fry without fat. Suitable for all stove tops, except induction. Ovenproof to 500°F/260°C.
