From Black Bough
Princeton Architectural Press
When Alex Barter and Adam Withington moved to rural Shropshire in 2010 opening a shop was not on their radar, but they spotted a gap in the market to create a boutique that sold well designed, well-made objects, books, art, textiles, and vintage wristwatches. Using Adam's contacts amongst artists and craftspeople they have been able to create a unique curation of products. Black Bough was named one of the top fifty shops outside of London by Vogue and has been featured in the Financial Times How to Spend It Magazine as well as The Times, The Guardian, Country Living, House and Garden, QP, and Revolution.
